From 1976 through 1981 I spent summers on the seacoasts of Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, and Labrador. Encountering for my first time, the power and beauty of the natural world, I photographed the hypnotic magnetism of the horizon line, as well as the animating force of the wind.
